The AVRAC Constitution Page.
What is listed here is the original constitution of AVRAC when the club was first started and a proposed constitution with changes made to the original document.
Currently the only item that has been amended from the "Original Constitution" is as follows:
Meetings: Article IV
The By-Laws shall provide for regular and special meetings. At meetings, a
minimum of 12 members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of
business.
Will be changed to read:
Meetings: Article IV
The By-Laws shall provide for regular and special meetings. At meetings, a
minimum of 6 members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of
business.
This amendment was moved, voted upon and passed at the regular monthly meeting on November 16, 2005.
